Inhalt:	The seminar treats nonlinear constrained parameter estimation problems and efficient numerical methods for their solution.  Emphasis is put on least squares problems with constraints given by boundary value problems with differential equations constraints. It is intended to discuss these topics on the basis of recent papers.
